Felipe Massa
F1 is a dangerous sport, but one which tries to take every precaution to safeguard the lives of both drivers and spectators. What happened to Massa yesterday was totally unpredictable and unpreventable, and it happened to someone who has had more than his share of bad luck, while continuing to be a superb driver, and very popular on the circuit.

The gloss has been taken off today's Grand Prix, with Massa more in my thoughts, certainly, than whoever ends up winning the race.
